In January, Rep. Alcee Hastings (D-FL) introduced HR 645 to the house, calling for construction of 6 emergency camps on military bases for the use of FEMA in the event of a "crisis." Is it really such a good idea for a government addicted to growing its own power by fiat in "crisis" to have camps for use during these "crises?" And what defines a "crisis" anyway?
