Congressman Dick Murtha (D-PA), from the "redneck" and "racist" part of Pennsylvania, is under fire for earmarks to his constituents. The same ones he insulted.
Oh wait. Never mind... it turns out Dick's just funneling money to big lobbying interests while ignoring his actual constituents. The ones who keep sending him back to Washington even though he insults them and uses the influence their votes give him to pay back fatcat lobbyists. I was wrong. It's just business as usual.
