Al-Jazeera aired a public flogging in Somalia last weekend. While it wasn't anywhere near as violent as I had expected, it still maxed out my weird scale. I guess this is the Al-Jazeera version of reality TV. These two boys had violated sharia law by committing "abominable acts."
