When Obama jumped into the midst of Boston's contrived racial meltdown the other night on national TV, while even admittedly being ignorant of the facts, the nation cringed. It's not too different from how we cringed last week listening to Obama opine on the pecking order of various immigrant groups with Cooper Anderson. It's almost painful to watch the President of the United States amplify a minor legal incident into a major racial brouhaha. And so many people thought he would be a uniter.
