Obama's Budget Strongarm

IBD had a great editorial yesterday. We all know that the White House generally issues a July update on the federal budget. It's a way to account for the dynamic nature of economies- things always change, and this year the changes in the economy have been monumental. So, why is the update being pushed off until August? So Obama can shove through his insaneley reckless legislative agenda before America gets informed of the damage he's already done to our prosperity and economy. And all this from the man administration that was promised to be the most transparent in history... sounds almost like a joke now, doesn't it?
