Muslim Sues NY Hotel For Clean Shaven Rule

(NewsCore) - A devout Muslim is suing New York City's Gramercy Park Hotel because it would not hire him as a security guard unless he shaved his beard, according to a lawsuit reported in Sunday's New York Post.
Samir Suljovic, 24, claims he was the subject of religious discrimination when a hotel manager told him company policy required all employees to be clean shaven.
The luxury hotel did not respond to requests for comment.
