A Person's a Person No Matter How Small: LA Man Arrested in Death of Unborn Baby

Authorities are reporting that a 37-yr old LA man has been arrested in the death of his unborn child, in what authorities have termed a "suspicious miscarriage." In a state where more than a million abortions occur each year, and the doctors who perform them go free, it begs the question - what makes a person a person, and from where do they derive their rights?
